Portal ARC — Data Deletion Request
Portal ARC is a private workforce app operated by Portal Contractors Pty Ltd (ABN 21 627 221 756) for our staff and authorised subcontractors.
Requesting deletion of your data
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you in Portal ARC, email adrian@portalcontractors.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
Please include the name and email address linked to your Portal ARC account so we can verify your identity before actioning the request.
What happens next
We delete or de-identify the personal information we hold about you in the app, except where we are required to keep certain records under Australian law (for example employment, tax, payroll, and work-health-and-safety record-keeping obligations).
We confirm once your request has been actioned, within a reasonable period.
